Staff Reporetr : The District Superintendent of Police-SP has created a digital guide map to ensure people-friendly policing services in Sylhet during autumn Durga Puja.
According to Sylhet District Police press note, the country is moving forward in building the smart Bangladesh of the future. In this age of digitalization, new plans are being made to facilitate service. Keeping in mind the provision of services to the smart citizens of future Bangladesh, the Superintendent of Police of Sylhet district has created a digital guide map to ensure digital services during the ongoing Autumn Durga Puja.
This digital guide map contains google location of all pujamandaps in Sylhet district. There are Google locations of Bit Police for all police stations and police stations under the jurisdiction of the district police. Besides, Google location of government and private health centers as well as important bus and CNG autorickshaw stands and railway stations.
The digital guide map has been published by the district police, so that the common people can properly visit the idols while maintaining law and order and can contact the police very quickly if they face any kind of problem.
This digital map will serve as an excellent guide for pilgrims to reach the nearest health center quickly if they fall ill due to any reason.
It will also help the worshipers to find the nearest CNG autorickshaw and bus stand and railway station to reach the pujamandap.
According to the pree note, district police are alert to successfully complete the ongoing Autumn Durga Puja at Hollyland Sylhet. Sylhet District Police is constantly working to develop smart police through digitization to simplify service delivery and receipt.
