South Surma Correspondent: South Surma Upazila Executive Officer Urmi Roy of Sylhet said that not only the administration but also all conscious circles should play role in preventing the social degradation of the youth.
She also called on every guardian to be more aware and vigilant to keep their children free from all kinds of social crimes.
The UNO said that in order to protect the balance of the environment, law and order forces, public representatives and conscious society should come forward to stop all kinds of hill cutting, including privately owned hills.
She said these words in the speech of the president at the regular meeting of the South Surma Upazila Law and Order Committee on Monday (September 15) morning.
Among others, Mollargaon Union Parishad Chairman Md Mamun Khan, Moglabazar Police Station OC Khandaker Mostafizur Rahman, South Surma Police Station OC Md Mizanur Rahman and South Surma Upazila Press Club President Chanchal Mahmud Fulor participated in the meeting.
