Bangladesh Awami League President Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has directed to adopt and implement year-long organizational programs and strengthen activities ahead of the 12th National Assembly elections.
As part of various programs throughout the year at all levels of Awami League organizing peace rally against anarchy and arson of BNP-Jamaat in all unions on February 11, taking appropriate programs including tributes and discussions at Shahid Minar on the occasion of Great Martyrs’ Day and International Mother Language Day on February 21, observing the historic Seventh March, 17 th March has been ordered to celebrate the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children’s Day, Genocide Day on March 25 and Independence Day on March 26.
