Shalla Correspondent : The Shalla Upazila branch of Chhatra Dal organized a rally and gathering welcoming and congratulating the newly formed Sunamganj District Chhatra Dal committee.
The procession began on Sunday (10 May) afternoon from the Upazila BNP office, marched through the main roads and commercial areas of the upazila headquarters, and concluded with a brief gathering in front of the BNP office.
At the event, congratulations and thanks were extended to Chhatra Dal’s organizational guardian Tarique Rahman, Central Chhatra Dal President Md Rakibul Islam Rakib, and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir.
The rally, led by Upazila Chhatra Dal presidential candidate S M Shakil Ahmed, was attended by Senior Joint Conveners A R Asik and Roman Ahmed, college Chhatra Dal leaders Rezaul Karim and Murad Mia and General Secretary Yasin Mahmud.
In addition, a large number of leaders, activists, and supporters from the upazila and college branches of Chhatra Dal, including Kamrul Hasan, Asik and Pranto Das, participated in the procession.
