Staff reporter: Six new dengue patients have been identified in Sylhet division in 24 hours.
PID Sylhet provided this information on Tuesday (September 23) afternoon, citing the Sylhet Divisional Director (Health) Office.
It further informed that currently 15 dengue patients are undergoing treatment in various hospitals in Sylhet division.
According to the information provided by PID Sylhet, a total of 165 dengue patients have been identified in Sylhet division since January 1. Of these, 30 in Sylhet district, 23 in Sunamganj district, 20 in Moulvibazar district and 92 in Habiganj district.
Out of these 165 people, 55 have been identified with dengue in September alone.
However, no one died of dengue in Sylhet division so far.
