Shafiqur Rahman Chowdhury, State Minister of the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment said that a smart generation is needed to face the challenges of the future. Therefore, the education-friendly Awami League government has taken necessary steps to build a smart generation.
He also said that during the government of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, there has been the most development in the education sector in the country.
On February 3, the state minister was addressing the guest of honor at his reception at Ragib-Rabeya School and College in Lamakazi Union of Biswanath Upazila, Sylhet.
He said that the government has been able to establish the country as digital Bangladesh through the use of information technology. Everyone needs to be more technologically savvy to face the challenges of the future.
